宣武區(qū)五道廟街坊改造更新規(guī)劃設計（地塊D）

摘要

　　五道廟地區(qū)位于北京市宣武區(qū)大柵欄地區(qū)西南部，櫻桃斜街、鐵樹斜街、韓家胡同、五道街、堂子街五條街巷交匯之處。此處為北京獨有的斜街及五條街巷的交會之地，歷史上被稱為龍脈，現(xiàn)屬于宣武區(qū) "琉璃廠文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)"規(guī)劃一期工程中的重要部分。這里可以發(fā)現(xiàn)宣南地區(qū)近代建筑的各種風格，手法樸素，規(guī)模不大，但很有味道。

　　舊城改造，是在舊城區(qū)修復歷史建筑，恢復社區(qū)活力，保持傳統(tǒng)社會，使舊城區(qū)重獲生機。古都北京之美就在于周圍平鋪展開，大量謙和的四合院民居與中軸線上的故宮相互襯托，渾然一體，形成整體美的空間構圖。近年來，內(nèi)含在中國傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)保護中沒被引起足夠的重視。人們往往只關注對閣樓、廟宇等個別物化實體的保護，而忽視了體現(xiàn)深層含義的歷史地段和街區(qū)的保護。

　　擬通過小組合作，經(jīng)過調(diào)查、討論、分工、協(xié)調(diào)等一些列有機過程，對五道廟地區(qū)進行搶救性有機更新拯救，延續(xù)街區(qū)原有秩序與肌理；保持生活延續(xù)性，最大限度保留原有用地性質、功能、居民構成等元素；對老建筑維護整修，盡量保持其風貌的完整性；適度、局部更新；增加綠化面積；尋找地塊中原有的小胡同的脈絡并對其展開，增加更多可能性。

Abstract

　　Wu Dao Miao Area is located in the southwest of Dazhalan Jie , Xuanwu District Beijing .It is in the heart of Xieyingtao Jie, Tieshuxie Jie, Hanjia Hutong, Wudao Jie, Tangzi Jie and thought to be the Dragon Axis in Beijing. Various of forms of constructions are presented here, which are simple, small but unique. But now, Wu Dao Miao Area is going to be transformed as an important area in the first part of  "Liulichang Cultural Project".

　　The transformation of the old city means to rebuild the constructions improtant in history,protect the culture and refresh the vigor in this community. The beauty in Beijing lies in the wide-field in spacial structure, especially in civilian buildings and the Forbidden City. Nowadays, we don't pay enough attention to the protection of the tranditional district as a whole comparing with the protection of the temple as a simple.

　　This study was worked by a team, and experienced the process of research and discusstion to find a better way in renewing the Wu Dao Miao Area.
