　　設(shè)計(jì)策略

　　項(xiàng)目坐落于徐州市鼓樓區(qū)，背靠徐運(yùn)新河自然資源，毗鄰霸王山，坐擁一線沿河風(fēng)光帶，盡得城市繁華與自然靜謐的場(chǎng)所價(jià)值。

　　Design Concept

　　The project is located in the Gulou District of Xuzhou City, backed by the natural resources of Xuyunxin River, adjacent to Bawang Mountain, and sitting on a line of scenery along the river, making the city prosperous and natural and quiet.

項(xiàng)目場(chǎng)地分析

　　設(shè)計(jì)從場(chǎng)地氣質(zhì)屬性出發(fā)，力求給居者提供一種靜謐不喧的生活居所。面對(duì)突出的人文自然優(yōu)勢(shì)，如何以人居體驗(yàn)出發(fā)，將人與空間、時(shí)光與生活融為一體，打造一處生長(zhǎng)在自然之上的生活時(shí)光美學(xué)館。

　　The design starts from the temperament of the site, and strives to provide residents with a quiet and no-noisy living place. Facing the outstanding humanistic and natural advantages, how to start from the experience of human settlement, integrate people and space, time and life, and create a life time aesthetics museum that grows on nature.

　　我們以三個(gè)策略開啟一場(chǎng)對(duì)未來(lái)生活的探尋和對(duì)品質(zhì)生活的匠心雕琢：

　　1. 打造消除距離感的公園式沉浸景觀空間，擁有出入即公園的居住體驗(yàn)。

　　2. 以時(shí)光為主題，在時(shí)光的穿梭中呈現(xiàn)自然美學(xué)居所。

　　3. 從使用者角度出發(fā)，匠心打磨細(xì)節(jié)，為未來(lái)住區(qū)營(yíng)造精彩生活片段。

　　We use three strategies to start a search for future life and the ingenuity of quality life:

　　1. Create a park-like immersive landscape space that eliminates the sense of distance, and has the living experience of entering and leaving the park.

　　2. Taking time as the theme, presenting a natural aesthetic residence in the travel of time.

　　3. From the user's point of view, ingenuity polishes the details to create exciting life segments for future residential areas.

　　對(duì)話時(shí)光。從時(shí)光之環(huán)中探討了人與時(shí)間的關(guān)系，我們?nèi)绾胃兄獣r(shí)間，一個(gè)有形的設(shè)計(jì)如何去捕捉無(wú)形的時(shí)光，讓時(shí)光穿梭在空間場(chǎng)地中，最終融合引發(fā)新的思考與感知。

　　Dialogue time. From the circle of time, it explores the relationship between man and time, how we perceive time, and how a tangible design captures the intangible time, so that time travels through the space, and finally fusion triggers new thinking and perception.

　　穿林徐行，品影悟時(shí)。

　　自然流經(jīng)的藝術(shù)，在時(shí)光里的穿梭之中呈現(xiàn)，在一片清晰的呢喃中講述著曾經(jīng)的記憶，并指向未來(lái)的生活畫面，自然與生活的憧憬在悠長(zhǎng)步道中拉開序幕。

　　When walking through the forest, you can enjoy the experience.

　　The art of natural flow is presented in the shuttle of time, telling the memories of the past in a clear whisper, and pointing to the picture of future life, and the longing of nature and life kicks off in the long trail.

　　素雅的景墻刻下了時(shí)光走過的印記，斑駁的樹影在素雅白墻上畫林，又在肌理中模糊了痕跡。夾道兩側(cè)的青翠模糊了墻與天空的邊界，自由展開的枝椏舒展伸向天空，行人穿梭林中，更加靜謐空靈，自然純粹。

　　The simple and elegant scenery wall engraved the mark of the passage of time, and the mottled shadows of trees painted forest on the simple and elegant white wall, and the traces were blurred in the texture. The verdant on both sides of the road blurs the boundary between the wall and the sky. The freely spreading branches stretch out to the sky, and pedestrians move through the forest, making it more quiet and ethereal, natural and pure.

　　遇見“半月時(shí)光”，入口中心草坪中矗立著時(shí)光雕塑，讓生活中自然場(chǎng)景更具有生命力，在光與影的交錯(cuò)中，演繹一場(chǎng)與時(shí)光和自然的邂逅。雕塑隨時(shí)間推移而旋轉(zhuǎn)，讓行進(jìn)至此的人發(fā)現(xiàn)時(shí)光，感悟時(shí)光。

　　When encountering the "half-moon time", a sculpture of time stands in the central lawn, making the natural scenes in life more vital, and in the interlacing of light and shadow, it interprets an encounter with time and nature. Sculptures can flow at any time, allowing those who travel here to discover time and feel time.

　　信步踏進(jìn)，躍入眼簾的是行云流水般姿態(tài)的“時(shí)光之門”，景墻細(xì)節(jié)處拉絲刻槽處理，仿佛時(shí)光穿過縫隙將人們引入這場(chǎng)時(shí)光與空間共同演繹的生活場(chǎng)所，讓這些更多元的藝術(shù)手法引發(fā)人們對(duì)生活的思考與延伸。我們希望用自然、真實(shí)的空間詮釋屬于這里的生活方式，營(yíng)造一個(gè)融合共生、有生活溫度的公園社區(qū)。

　　Wandering in, what leaps into your eyes is the “gate of time” that looks like flowing clouds and flowing water. The details of the scenery wall are drawn and grooved, as if time passes through the gap to introduce people into this living place where time and space are performed together. The diverse artistic techniques trigger people's thinking and extension of life. We hope to interpret the lifestyle that belongs to here with natural and real space, and create a park community that integrates symbiosis and has a living temperature.

　　售樓部前場(chǎng)是一片永久性的入口公園，打造一片所見即所得的開放性公共綠地空間。這里有述說時(shí)光的記憶之樹，以及兩旁陽(yáng)光裹挾下的郁郁蔥蔥的銀杏林都傳遞著時(shí)與光的印記。樹的周圍是刻著十二時(shí)辰的“流水時(shí)光漩渦”，矗立在此有一種時(shí)空往復(fù)錯(cuò)覺，過去的記憶、當(dāng)下的生活、未來(lái)的期許紛紛跳進(jìn)這場(chǎng)迷幻。

　　The front court of the sales department is a permanent entrance park, creating a WYSIWYG open public green space. Here is the tree of memory that tells the time, as well as the lush ginkgo forest surrounded by sunlight on both sides, which convey the mark of time and light. Surrounding the tree is the twelve-hour vortex of flowing water. Standing here, there is an illusion of time and space. Past memories, current life, and future expectations have all jumped into this illusion.

　　開闊的草地、挺拔的銀杏、以及草階相結(jié)合的圍合空間，給未來(lái)居者帶來(lái)多種與親友的相處時(shí)光。這里是平日里涼爽愜意的鄰里交談空間，即使夏日炎炎，此地歡聲笑語(yǔ)，綠草如茵，是周末歡樂時(shí)光中的聚會(huì)場(chǎng)所。散步聊天、帳篷野餐隨時(shí)可以開始一場(chǎng)草坪派對(duì)。這里是未來(lái)生活的第二客廳，時(shí)刻親近自然，無(wú)拘無(wú)束，盡情享受滿眼綠景。

　　The enclosed space combined with open grass, tall ginkgo, and grass steps will bring a variety of time for future residents to spend time with relatives and friends. This is a cool and comfortable neighborhood conversation space on weekdays. Even if the summer is hot, the place is full of laughter and green grass. It is a gathering place for happy hours on weekends. You can start a lawn party at any time by walking and chatting, tent picnic. Here is the second living room of future life, always close to nature, unrestrained, and enjoy the green scenery.

　　逐水而居，是人們對(duì)理想生活的向往，售樓處鏡面水景延伸至入口，兩側(cè)的氛圍水景營(yíng)造了入園既有尊貴體驗(yàn)的儀式感，入口對(duì)面是一處下沉水吧，人們穿林涉水來(lái)此休憩小坐，清流潺潺的跌水像開啟美好生活的序章，或遠(yuǎn)眺捕捉時(shí)光溜走的蹤跡，或聽水簾撞擊石頭的聲音，一切生活美好都在這里悄然發(fā)生。

　　Living by the water is people’s yearning for an ideal life. The regular T-shaped waterscape of the sales department extends to the entrance. The mirrored waterscapes on both sides create a sense of ritual of entering the garden with noble experience. Opposite the entrance is a sink. Water bar, where people wading through the forest to take a rest, the gurgling water of the clear stream is like a prelude to a good life, or looking at the traces of time slipping away, or listening to the sound of the water curtain hitting the stone, all the good life is It happened quietly here.

　　人們漫步穿梭于后場(chǎng)空間，樹影婆娑的生活場(chǎng)景是我們對(duì)生活在自然社區(qū)的期許，樹蔭與草坪的融合，生活場(chǎng)景在光影的跳動(dòng)下躍入眼前，展現(xiàn)給我們的是自由自在的生活態(tài)度。

　　People wander through the backcourt space. The life scene of the shadow of the tree is our expectation of living in the natural community. The integration of the shade and the lawn, the life scene jumps in front of our eyes under the beating of light and shadow, and what we show is free and easy. Attitude to life.

　　一條純凈白皙的歸家路，幾盞暖馨燈光，烏桕樹頭環(huán)繞星光燈帶，讓歸家仿佛一場(chǎng)穿林踏影之旅。中庭栽得一樹，并配有時(shí)光雕塑，搭配潔白的礫石灘營(yíng)景冬季意境，讓人有如從停車場(chǎng)落客之后，一路走來(lái)，從郁郁蔥蔥的林間夾道到潔白冬季意境，猶如穿越了一年四季。

　　A pure and white way home, a few warm lights, and the heads of tallow trees surround the starlight strip, making returning home like a journey through the forest. The atrium is planted with a tree and is equipped with time sculptures. It is matched with the white gravel beach camp landscape in winter. It makes people feel like they have dropped off from the parking lot and walked all the way from the lush forest road to the white winter mood. All seasons.
