　　艾美拉公寓(Ameera Residence)是一座高樓公寓，它在住宅景觀的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)保持著本土熱帶風(fēng)情的元素和氛圍的本質(zhì)。它被創(chuàng)建為一個(gè)私人綠色巢穴，以有限的空間和各種細(xì)節(jié)為主發(fā)揮無(wú)限創(chuàng)意讓原本沉思的生活環(huán)境再次注入了新生命一般，讓生活多次多彩。居住在‘艾美拉’可以擺脫城市生活混亂的完美之地。非但如此，還可以體驗(yàn)熱帶風(fēng)格情調(diào)以及神秘，寧?kù)o，清雅和放松的度假居住氛圍。

　　PROJECT BRIEF

　　Ameera Residence is located in the Mutiara Height area, a prime residential with 7.07 acres enclave in Kajang, Selangor. Located on the site’s proximity to the　Jeloh Forest Reserve, the landscape design takes inspiration from the verdant greenery and extension into the garden.Ameera Residence’s landscaping capitalizes on the ideal location, using a variety of plant life and structural elements to turn this residential development into a luxurious garden.The development serves as a serene ‘urban lung’ and inspires the residents to understand and appreciate what Nature is all about.

　　艾美拉公寓（Ameera Residence)項(xiàng)目是座落在馬來(lái)西亞雪蘭莪州位于Mutiara Height加影地區(qū)占地約7.07英畝的優(yōu)質(zhì)豪華住宅地段。該項(xiàng)目的景觀設(shè)計(jì)的所在地點(diǎn)是靠近(Jeloh Forest Reserve)森林保護(hù)區(qū)的地帶，其設(shè)計(jì)靈感是來(lái)自蔥翠欲滴植物的啟發(fā)并將其延伸至戶外花園。 

　　艾美拉的園林綠化方面選擇在一個(gè)非常理想且適合的地理位置上，通過(guò)結(jié)合多元化植物生命和結(jié)構(gòu)元素將這一座住宅開發(fā)項(xiàng)目變成了高級(jí)豪華的花園讓住戶體驗(yàn)非同凡響的花園之旅。該項(xiàng)目就如寧?kù)o的“都市綠肺”,并激發(fā)住戶理解和珍惜大自然的本質(zhì)讓生活回歸自然本色，徜徉與繁華才是都市品質(zhì)生活。

　　DESIGN CONCEPT

　　The concept of “Urban Recharge” is explored in studying the translation of different shapes, colour and textures when different natural elements merge into each other.The idea behind the landscape design is to enhance the atmospheric quality by provide a serene setting and ambience for recharge and rejuvenation.Inspired by the nearby mountain range, Jeloh Forest Resereve, the landscape is created as the link between the architecture and Nature.The design of this project has proven the possibility in creating such a unique and artistic space which people can live and be inspired within the limitation of the small but rather beautiful urban nest.

　　‘城市重新充值’ 的設(shè)計(jì)概念是在探究當(dāng)不同的自然元素彼此融合時(shí)，所產(chǎn)生的不同形狀、顏色以及質(zhì)地的詮釋。

　　景觀設(shè)計(jì)概念的背后是通過(guò)提供一個(gè)寧?kù)o的環(huán)境以及氛圍，能夠提高空間的質(zhì)量以及重新注入新能量。

　　景觀的設(shè)計(jì)概念被鄰近山巒森林保護(hù)區(qū)所啟發(fā)，提倡把建筑設(shè)計(jì)以及大自然連接在一起。

　　這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)證明了創(chuàng)造出獨(dú)特與藝術(shù)性空間的可能性，人們可以在局限窄小但美麗的城市里生存以及被啟發(fā)。

　　DESIGN CONSIDERATION

　　Local materials were selected to harmonize the architecture and the landscape. These materials can easily be acquired locally such as recycled granite stone, found at the site during basement construction. The material chosen highlighting the values of sustainable living through the warmth of nature. The perimeter boundary wall here is perceived not only as the demarcation line but also an art form which wrapping around the project.The overflowing water from the pool create rhythm of cascading of water complements the tranquil ambience.A series of “green” areas were also inserted here and there, combining all 3 elements, water, terraces and plantings seamlessly.The water reflects the surroundings, both the plants and the architecture, combining all elements together as part of the overall landscape design. The tree arch sculpture designed to frame the feature wall was integrated into a reflecting pool. With the reflection of the sculpture, it unites both together seamlessly.In Ameera Residence, landscape area is not just being designed as garden area, it is the combination of artistic characters and landscape (the reflections, the lights, the shadow and the sculpture), these further create a unique place with identity and with style.Lightings were located in surroundings to create various rhythms of light and shadow as well as a unique visual effect.

　　采用本土的材料是為了讓建筑以及景觀自然可以互相調(diào)和，基于此項(xiàng)目位于山區(qū)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)開采出大量的花崗石，所以它是被選用的天然材料之一突顯出大自然中的可持續(xù)性概念。

圍欄不僅僅是為了劃定界限也成為了這項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目中的藝術(shù)元素。

　　在艾美拉，景觀設(shè)計(jì)不只是為了創(chuàng)造綠色空間，它是藝術(shù)特征以及景觀的結(jié)合（倒影、燈光、影子以及雕塑），這些創(chuàng)造出了獨(dú)特并擁有個(gè)性的空間。

樹型樣式雕塑與的墻面重疊之下構(gòu)成了一幅特色墻，將并設(shè)計(jì)倒影投影在池中。將兩者結(jié)合得天衣無(wú)縫。

泳池里滿溢出來(lái)的水流創(chuàng)造出一種律動(dòng)，梯級(jí)噴泉也給周圍的景觀給予一種安謐的氛圍。一連串的綠色景觀地帶穿插在不同的區(qū)域。

將三種不同的元素，水、梯臺(tái)以及栽植完美的結(jié)合在一起。

在不同的燈光設(shè)計(jì)下映照出獨(dú)特的視覺效果

　　ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATION

　　As one of the key landscape features, the perimeter boundary wall and water feature is created by using the recycled granite stone that are found originally at this construction site. These materials can easily be acquired locally such as recycled granite stone, found at the site during basement construction.
The forest tree species were planted randomly in the garden to harmonize with the surrounding forest- scape. A mix of species is used to blend with surroundings.
Plant species were selected to be hardy, low water use and integrating locally indigenous species to ensure that wildlife and bees are also supported.

　　作為主要的景觀特點(diǎn)，周圍的邊界墻以及泳池是利用了在建筑工地環(huán)保后的花崗巖制造的。這些材料很容易在本地獲取例如環(huán)保了的花崗巖，在建筑工地的地層就能找到。熱帶灌木被隨機(jī)的栽種在花園里，是為了調(diào)和周圍的叢林景觀，而混合性的栽種為了融合周圍的環(huán)境。

　　USERS AND SOCIAL NEEDS

　　The playground has proved to be extremely popular with the local community – all ages and groups meet here to play and socialize.Park and garden are universal spaces that must fit the all classes of people in everyday activities.The low walls and widen planter boxes providing seating opportunities with the variety of leaf texture, flowers and natural elements to encourage outdoor living and social interaction.Designer garden is a true sky-garden that is a retreat, a playground and a community gathering place for the residents of Ameera Residence.

　　兒童樂園在當(dāng)?shù)氐纳鐣?huì)需求是很高的，所有年齡層以及群體都到這兒來(lái)玩耍以及交流。

　　公園以及花園是個(gè)很主要的空間，它不僅需要容納各個(gè)階層的用戶，以進(jìn)行每天不同的活動(dòng)。寬闊的花池小墻以提供更多的休息區(qū)，同時(shí)上面也印有不同大小的葉子圖樣、花紋以及自然元素，以鼓勵(lì)戶外活動(dòng)以及社會(huì)交流。

　　Ameera Residence is a delightful contemporary landscape space. The landscape design is interlaced with extensive water features, pool, shaded places for gathering, recreational activities for residents and enclosed landscape amenities for all manner of social events. The landscape design is arranged using a language of minimalist and complementing the modern domestic architecture.
