　　以人為本是我們的設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā)點(diǎn)，在更廣泛的維度去研究場地活力。我們有意去營造出向心的、有凝聚力的、森羅萬象的空間。極具可持續(xù)與適應(yīng)未來發(fā)展的屬性，它是最具有生命力的空間。因此，它不單純是個(gè)“環(huán)”，它象征著場地的巨大潛力，和人們對(duì)未來的期待。

　　People-oriented is the starting point of our design, to study the site vitality in a wider dimension. We deliberately create a centripetal, cohesive and sensational space. Extremely sustainable and adaptable to future development, it is the most vital space. Therefore, it is not simply a "ring", it symbolizes the great potential of the venue and people's expectations for the future.

　　共享意識(shí)是未來城市發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)方向，社區(qū)街道應(yīng)增加更多的公共空間，以串聯(lián)住宅、交通、生活...并在本案中予以實(shí)踐。

　　The idea of sharing is the leading direction of urban development in the future. Community streets should add more public spaces to connect housing, transportation, life...and the design team puts the idea into practice in this case.

　　示范區(qū)主入口前場空間左側(cè)高大的精神堡壘，昭示性強(qiáng)；鋪裝和柏油形成強(qiáng)烈對(duì)比；地面有趣的圖案指引人們進(jìn)入示范區(qū)。

　　At the sales gallery main entrance, the logo tower shows strong access directory; Pavement and the asphalt contrast; Interesting patterns on the ground guide people into the demonstration area.

　　從停車場的地面圖案開始，貫穿整個(gè)示范區(qū)的星軌圖形，指引人們?nèi)ヌ剿?ldquo;星海”，探索未知的奧秘，一起發(fā)現(xiàn)未來新的社區(qū)生活模式。

　　Starting from the ground pattern of the parking lot, the orbit pattern throughout the sales gallery area guides people to explore the "star ocean", explore the unknown mysteries, and discover new community life patterns in the future together.

　　本案展示未來社區(qū)的口袋公園，以“探索星海”為故事線，通過研究空間尺寸、開合關(guān)系，創(chuàng)建景觀重構(gòu)的多個(gè)模塊，以便運(yùn)用至未來社區(qū)的真實(shí)空間，塑造具有活力及幸福感的社區(qū)生活場景，打造獨(dú)一無二的景觀記憶點(diǎn)。

　　This case shows the pocket park of the future community, using "Explore Star Ocean" as the story line, through the study of space size, opening and closing relationship, to create multiple modules of landscape reconstruction, so as to apply to the real space of the future community, to create vitality and happiness community life scenes, creating unique landscape memory points.

　　半私密的休憩廊庭，承載室外會(huì)客、鄰里交流等社區(qū)場景。

　　The semi-private lounge corridor hosts community scenes such as outdoor receptions and neighborhood socializing.

▼Multi-functional activities ring/多功能活動(dòng)環(huán)

　　多功能場地空間：包括多功能草坪、青年活動(dòng)圈、漫步道。大圓環(huán)上拉索的吊燈，像星空一樣照亮整個(gè)場地。

　　Multi-function venue space: including multi-function lawn, youth activity circle, and promenade. The chandelier with the cable on the big circle illuminates the whole venue like a starry sky.

　　同時(shí)，多功能草坪能根據(jù)社區(qū)的需要，搖身變成舞臺(tái)、周末跳蚤市場、草坪派對(duì)、林下休憩等功能場所，給社區(qū)居民提供多元的交流平臺(tái)。

　　At the same time, the multi-functional lawn will be transformed into a stage, a weekend flea market, a lawn party, a rest under the tree canopy and other functional places according to the needs of the community, providing a more diversified communication platform for the community.

　　微地形的設(shè)計(jì)讓場地的活動(dòng)功能更多樣，半圍合的空間讓場所充滿安“圈”感，旁邊的觀景看臺(tái)兼顧看護(hù)和休憩的功能。

　　The design of microtopography makes the activities of the site more diverse. Half-close space make place full of "circle" feeling. The observation deck nearby has the function of the care and rest.

　　這里有儲(chǔ)物箱、多層次的座椅、吊燈和風(fēng)雨廊等充滿人文關(guān)懷的設(shè)計(jì)。

　　這里同時(shí)也是個(gè)親子互動(dòng)的空間多維空間。

　　There are storage boxes, multi-level seats, hanging lights and trellis and other humanistic design.

　　It is also a multi-dimensional space for parent-child interaction.

　　這是個(gè)寓教于樂的自然小課堂，增加了多種可食用景觀植物：小番茄、五彩椒、迷迭香等。

　　This is a fun natural small classroom, increased the variety of edible plant landscape: small tomato,colourful pepper, rosemary, and so on.

02思考

THINKING

　　過去很多時(shí)候，社區(qū)于人而言只是城市用于居住的一部分，與外界的聯(lián)動(dòng)幾乎是割裂的。如何讓社區(qū)與道路等的一體化串聯(lián)，最大化消融社區(qū)與城市的邊界，形成更多的共享城市公共空間，使之與城市、商業(yè)共生，形成完整的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)，跟隨城市脈搏持續(xù)融合、生長...這是我們所思、所想。

　　In the past, in many cases, the community was only a part of the city used for living, and the linkage with the outside world was almost fragmented. How to make the integration of community and city roads, municipal landscape series, maximizing boundary ablation between the community and the city, forming more sharing urban public space, to create a complete ecological system with retails and city. Moreover, the public spaces follow the pulse of the city continue to grow... This is our thinking and conceiving.

　　而于未來社區(qū)而言，社區(qū)功能不單住宅、交通等，從本質(zhì)上講它就是一個(gè)微型城市，它要完成小家到城市的生活連接。

　　As for the future community, the community function is not only residential, transportation, etc. In essence, it is a miniature city, it must complete the life connection from the small home to the city.

　　本次呈現(xiàn)展示區(qū)，旨在展示未來開放式復(fù)合社區(qū)生活場景縮影，重構(gòu)活力社區(qū)與街區(qū)，強(qiáng)調(diào)住區(qū)與城市、住區(qū)與街道、住區(qū)與未來生活模式的探索。同時(shí)，基于當(dāng)?shù)貧v史文化與居民需求，創(chuàng)浦設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)致力于營造一個(gè)承載居民溫情、具有幸福感的社區(qū)空間。

　　The present exhibition area is designed to show the abbreviation of the future open complex community life scene, reconstruct the vibrant community and neighborhood, and emphasize the exploration of residential area and city, residential area and street, residential area and future life mode. At the same time, based on the local history and culture and the needs of residents, the T.workshop design team is committed to creating a community space that carries the warmth and happiness of the residents.

　　項(xiàng)目開放后，每天都有許多人前來參觀體驗(yàn)。本案設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)在示范區(qū)現(xiàn)場及周邊多次調(diào)研，設(shè)計(jì)師助理小E采訪了數(shù)位來訪者。

　　After the opening of the project, there are a lot of people to visit and experience the site every day.The design team did may times of investigation and survey at the sales gallery and the surrounding area, the assistant designer E interviewed several visitors.

　　50多歲的陳大媽帶著孫女和孫子來遛娃。

　　小E：您一個(gè)人帶倆孩子過來玩呀。

　　陳大媽：兒子兒媳都在外地打工，忙。

　　小E：因?yàn)榻衲暌咔橛绊懞車?yán)重。

　　陳大媽：是的，現(xiàn)在疫情基本結(jié)束了，我們每天都出來遛娃。

　　小E：那你們想買這里的房子嗎？

　　陳大媽：買過了！一期我們都沒搶到，二期準(zhǔn)備搶房子的。

　　小E：哇！給兒子買的婚后改善房？

　　陳大媽：是的是的，這里環(huán)境不錯(cuò)的，花草好看，有孩子玩的地方，還有跑道...

　　小E：這周邊沒有別的公園了嗎？

　　陳大媽：有一個(gè)西大河公園，可是飯后散步到那邊去太遠(yuǎn)了，而且那邊也沒什么好玩的... ...

　　70多的張大爺望著嬉水的重孫女喜笑顏開。

　　小E：大爺您帶重孫女來玩呀~

　　大爺有些靦腆：嗯...來玩。

　　小E：大爺您家里也在這邊買了房吧？

　　大爺：嗯，好幾個(gè)（孩子）都買了。

　　小E：還有幾個(gè)呢！那你們很喜歡這里咯？

　　大爺：嗯嗯，這里挺好...

　　30多歲的李阿姨攜丈夫孩子過來玩。

　　小E：阿姨也買房了嗎？

　　李阿姨：我們沒買，我們就是過來玩的，但我表兄弟家都買了，我們就住在隔壁小區(qū)。

　　小E：隔壁小區(qū)哦，就馬路對(duì)面那個(gè)哦？

　　李阿姨：沒錯(cuò)，走路5分鐘的，很近的。

　　小E：據(jù)我了解這周邊公園比較遠(yuǎn)，你們之前飯后散步吧都去哪里呢？

　　李阿姨：就小區(qū)里面走走的。就很小一圈的。

　　小E：那我們這個(gè)示范區(qū)的模塊以后都會(huì)直接用的到

　　大區(qū)的公共空間里。而且是開放社區(qū)，您們以后還是可以經(jīng)常來和表兄弟家的孩子一起玩的~

　　李阿姨：那很好啊，一起玩熱鬧。

　　與生活在周邊的居民一樣，創(chuàng)浦設(shè)計(jì)也是這個(gè)社區(qū)的一員，我們非常榮幸能夠參與社區(qū)的建設(shè)、見證城市的成長。這些無數(shù)個(gè)夜晚反復(fù)“打磨”出的設(shè)計(jì)，正改變著人們的生活和感知，讓城市生活變得更加柔軟，鄰里之間的關(guān)系更親近。我們?yōu)槟茏屆總€(gè)人都能在這里感到歡樂與幸福而感到由衷的喜悅與驕傲。

　　Like the residents living in the surrounding area, T.Workshop  is also a member of this community. We are very honored to participate in the  development of the community and witness the growth of the city. These designs, which have been repeatedly "polished" in countless nights, are changing people's lives and perceptions, making city life softer and closer to neighbors.
