裕和青谷采用現(xiàn)代簡(jiǎn)約的設(shè)計(jì)手法探索自然與藝術(shù)的交融，相輔相成，即是通過(guò)自然山海之美傳達(dá)現(xiàn)代生活方式。設(shè)計(jì)師將線條、材質(zhì)作為空間美學(xué)形態(tài)的手段，構(gòu)筑出一個(gè)溫文爾雅，低調(diào)內(nèi)斂的藝術(shù)空間。

　　這次并沒(méi)有像以前一樣設(shè)計(jì)開放式的洽談區(qū)域，而是設(shè)置了四人為一組的洽談空間進(jìn)行打造，這樣不僅保證每一組洽談的客戶都有自己的風(fēng)景，也尊重每一組客戶和置業(yè)顧問(wèn)的談判內(nèi)容。

　　深圳作為國(guó)際一線城市，更是個(gè)濱海城市。告別鱗次櫛比的水泥堤壩，由深圳市裕和集團(tuán)傾力打造的青谷CYAN VALLEY項(xiàng)目，其本意就是歸還濱海之城的本來(lái)面目——“與海相親”。

　　青谷住宅建筑項(xiàng)目由荷蘭建筑設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所UNStudio團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)，建筑設(shè)計(jì)以溪涌景觀為主要靈感, 將其轉(zhuǎn)化為平滑連續(xù)的曲線體系結(jié)構(gòu)，其設(shè)計(jì)概念為“觀海疊翠”：錯(cuò)落有致的建筑體由統(tǒng)一的模塊組成，形成不同高度、不盡相同的休閑平臺(tái)及天臺(tái)，為住戶創(chuàng)造了獨(dú)特的濱海生活空間及看海感受。

　　CYAN VALLEY residential building project is designed by UNStudio team of Dutch architectural design firm.
